Keep a record of the most frequently asked questions posted by clients with the CONTENS FAQ Manager.

If a client cannot find the proper answer then there is always the opportunity to post a new question. This request is then answered by an online editor and afterwards cleared for publication. Of course the forms are generated with the usual simple and intuitive CONTENS interface, easily understood without any prior programming skills. The question with the corresponding answer will only be made public on the website after the question has been answered.

All questions and answers can be classified according to your preferences, in order to ensure a quick overview. The user also has the possibility to score the answers. Therefore, other users can see if the answer is more or less helpful.

Additionally, the FAQ Manager includes several Top 10-summaries, for example the most helpful, the most often called upon, or the latest FAQs.
