Above and beyond the standard guestbook functionality, the CONTENS module also allows personalized “thank-you” e-mails to be sent to anyone who makes an entry, and supports automated e-mail notification whenever someone makes an entry in the guestbook.
An array of protective functions are available to guard the guestbook against nonsensical or problematic entries. Examples include the need for new entries to be approved by an administrator, locks for definable words, and limits on the length of entries.
