The Banner Rotation module provides a central management facility for all banner advertisements on a website. Its clearly structured administrative functions are integrated seamlessly in CONTENS, allowing all banner ads to be displayed and their settings modified. A series of status information is displayed for each banner, including details such as where it is positioned on the website, its size, display frequency, the total number of views and ad clicks.
It is also possible to access a separate set of statistics containing an array of additional information for each individual banner: detailed weekly records track where ads were placed and how often they were viewed and/or clicked on. The click-through rate is then calculated on the basis of this information.
