Our support staff are experienced in CONTENS projects and are comprehensively trained to assisst you with any type of technical difficulties.
We process incoming support requests according to the determined priority (1, 2, 3), and in the order of their arrival within the predetermined deadlines fixed in the support contract. Support requests from companies that do not have a valid support contract will be charged according to the time and effort.
