Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as an office assistant or comparable training
  • At least two years' working experience in a service or administrative environment
  • High level MS Office and internet skills, high online affinity
  • Precise, independent and reliable working style
  • Friendliness and customer-oriented focus
  • Organisational skills
  • Helpful and professional attitude
  • Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

Your Tasks

  • General office tasks, such as mail, orders, assistance with tenders, data management, filing, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, office administration, errands, etc...
  • Responsible for reception, central telephone line and the primary business e-mail
  • Supporting the team with administrative and organisational tasks
  • Preparation and follow-up for meetings, and guest hospitality
  • Updating the website (with CMS), creation and distribution of newsletters (HTML) and mailings
  • Assistance with the planning of conventions, conferences and team events
  • Keeping the whole office tidy
